The Mobility Library
Options for: 1 month, 3 months, Annual
Minimal Equipment Required. Many classes use no equipment, but some will utilize: 1-2 Yoga Blocks, Mini-Loop Band, Light Weights, Lacrosse Ball/Tennis Ball, Long Resistance Band. Modifications will be suggested if you do not have the tool.
What you get in the library:
70+ classes that focus specifically on strengthening the connective tissue of a joint and it’s surrounding musculature (with 15 new classes being added each month!)
Classes organized by joint, structured in a logical way that builds joint strength layer by layer
Ability to use the classes as a formal “program,” with a resource guide on how-to, frequently asked questions, and a sample training calendar
Access to guidance and help at anytime to assist you moving forward in a meaningful and effective way
“Mobility Express” classes that are perfect, quick hits of thorough but intense mobility that complement training classes or can be used as one-offs for active rest days or strength training prep
